Fresno Stonewall Democrats will meet on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 5:30 PM, at Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant. We start with a thirty minute social so everyone has time to greet each other, exchange information or flyers, and order dinner and drinks before the meeting. We call to order at 6:00 PM, make introductions, and proceed with our agenda.

Prop 50 continues to prompt discussion and debate. This month we have Ryan Trabuco, President of San Diego Democrats for Equality, zooming into our meeting to talk about it.
About our speaker:
Ryan Trabuco (he/him/his) is the President of San Diego Democrats for Equality, recently named as the 2023 Democratic Club of the Year by the San Diego County Democratic Party. He was publicly elected in 2020 and re-elected in 2024 as a member of the San Diego County Democratic Central Committee. He also serves as an Executive Board Member of the California Democratic Party’s State Central Committee.
During the day, he works as Executive Assistant to Imperial Beach Mayor Paloma Aguirre. Previously, he worked for the Chair of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, the President pro Tempore of the California Sate Senate, and for an Orange County Supervisor. During his time working for the County of San Diego, he was elected Vice Chair of the County’s LGBTQ&A Employee Resource Group. In 2022, he was appointed by San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria to serve on the City’s Human Relations Commission. He is a licensed Notary Public, and a graduate of the Young Professionals Council Academy at the San Diego LGBT Community Center.

All Democrats are welcome to attend meetings regardless of membership status but we hope you’ll decide to join (only $20 per year) and participate in club meetings and activities. New members must wait 28 days before they are eligible to vote on any club business.
